Track-Subs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@track-subs.com with your order details, or visit paddle.net to submit a refund request directly to our payment provider.

Payment Processing

Our order and payment process is conducted by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Track-Subs transactions. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax compliance, and refund fulfillment.

Refund requests are processed by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Track-Subs account settings. Your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period.
