Connect your Gmail

Click "Sign in with Google" and authorize read-only access. We use the gmail.readonly scope — Track-Subs can never send, delete, or modify your emails. The authorization takes 5 seconds.

We only request the minimum permission needed. Your token is stored encrypted and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.

AI scans your receipts

Our server-side scan engine fetches up to 300 emails in parallel batches of 10. Layer 1 does deterministic pattern matching against our catalog of 60+ known providers — Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, Adobe, Hostinger, and many more. Layer 2 sends unmatched emails to AI classification (Groq → Gemini → Mistral rotation) at temperature 0 for consistent results.

The scan extracts: service name, price, billing cycle (monthly/yearly), currency, renewal date, and category. Multi-product providers (like Hostinger with hosting + email) are split into separate line items automatically.

See your full picture

Your dashboard shows everything: total monthly spend, upcoming renewals on a visual calendar, spending by category, active vs cancelled services, and savings from subscriptions you've cut. Filter by status, billing type, or category. Export to CSV anytime.

Rescan anytime to catch new subscriptions. Manual edits (like marking something as cancelled) are preserved across scans — we never overwrite your changes.

Your data, your control

Read-only email access. No bank credentials. No Plaid. Raw email content is processed in real-time and never stored permanently. All data is encrypted and protected by row-level security. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
